May there be GRATITUDE

I do declare today’s word is GRATITUDE

There are not enough words to convey my GRATITUDE … no way to measure
The abundance that fills this cornucopia with its earthy heartfelt pleasure.

This precious pillow, one of mom’s prolific needlepoints created with skill
Brings feelings of GRATITUDE for the years we shared love and goodwill.

In loving memory for my mom
Shirley Gold 1/13/1925 – 11/24/2015

With life comes challenges left and right so I pray for fortitude
Persevering, learning lessons, while pushing through with GRATITUDE.

Thanksgiving is approaching with its many savory and flavorful delights
I love cooking, serving, and relishing all the traditional delicious bites.

Sharing and spending time with family and friends in holiday preparation
Gathering together and honoring one another in seasonal celebration.

Adding a few more words on GRATITUDE … I do declare
Giving thanks with every day can bring lifelong welfare.

May there be GRATITUDE

Blessings y’all
Peace & love
Queen Scarlett

Love, thanksgiving, and gratitude to you my dear Queen Mama. For those that don’t know, your magical Queen was willing and able to give her daughter (me) life twice! She gave me one of her kidneys in 1995. It’s hard to express in words the thanksgiving I feel for such a loving and giving soul. I strive to follow in her footsteps and give without ceasing.
You are my Queen of compassionate giving.
    I love you eternally.

    • Thanks my dearest Dawn…your sweetest, kindest expressive words bring tears to my thankful eyes. Having the honor to be your mom has been and continues to be a privilege in this lifetime. Witnessing your growing pains has certainly brought too many heartaches…but your strong will and positive attitude teach me and inspire me daily. Blessings to you babe…”WE’VE GOT A LOT OF LIVING TO DO” More GRATITUDE for sharing your lovely voice & musical talents to our songbooks! I LOVE YOU❣️
