I do declare today’s word is UPBEAT
Last Friday, I attended this year’s SLUG Queen coronation. Though feeling a bit sluggish myself, I rallied and kept an UPBEAT spirit while enjoying the whacky silliness. I will admit, I was taken aback by some of the old queen’s cliquish antics. It just didn’t seem fittin’, being told that I had to get up from where I was sittin’.
Oh fiddle dee dee, feeling extremely grateful and downright UPBEAT, I’ll think about that tomorrow.
